Next morning, after you wake up at your preferred time, you’ll enjoy a tasty breakfast. Then, we’ll prepare to embark on a desert trip exploration around Merzouga Sahara Desert. We’ll start by visiting the outskirts, beginning the journey from the hotel. Our first stop will be at the National Auto Cars Museum in Merzouga town, a fascinating museum established by a businessman from Qatar featuring various kinds of cars. Continuing our journey, we’ll head towards Khamlia, also known as the Black Village. Here, we’ll visit a local organization where you’ll enjoy unique African Gnawa music, savor mint tea, and engage with the local community, immersing ourselves in the culture. Afterward, we’ll venture along an old Dakar route to admire breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains overlooking the dunes. Our route leads us to Mifis, an old French village, where we’ll explore the remnants of French colonization and intriguing mines. We’ll then drive off-road to visit nomadic families residing in traditional tents amidst the black rocky desert, sharing tea and conversations with local Berber families. Our journey continues into the Erg Chebbi dunes, where we’ll stop at the top dunes in the Sahara Desert for stunning photo opportunities. Later, we’ll return to the hotel for relaxation and preparation for the next stage of the tour. In the afternoon, you’ll delight in a camel riding tour to witness the sunset over the dunes, culminating in an overnight camp at a Luxury Private camp in the heart of the desert. Enjoy a delicious dinner and post-dinner music around the campfire, followed by free time to unwind.
